Owned by one pair of fellow riders since new. We are selling because it is getting to be a chore to handle and set up, due to our age. It can be set up by one person, if not too short, but much easier with two. If you are willing to be cozy, it may sleep 4, but we never tried that. The central area between the beds can accommodate a small fold-up or roll-up table. The clubhouse tent attaches easily, and works well; it has no floor, so consider run-off from a hard rain when choosing a site. Both the main camper and tent kept us dry in rather hard rain.
