Attn. RELISTING due to non-paying buyer! Please do not bid unless you have the funds to complete the deal! Apache hardside pop up camper. Condition is Used. Titled as Missouri home built, I"ve owned it since 2011 and it was titled that way for several years before me. Check with your state to make sure it isn"t a problem. Some states do not require a title at all on this type of trailer. It has typical cracks in the a.b.s. panels. I have a bag of a.b.s. pellets that goes with it for repairing. Several new weather seals and gaskets, new living hinges etc. NOT installed. New wheels and tires with zero miles. Bearings have been repacked. One small 110 V. a.c. unit (cools). A small 1.7 cubic foot refrigerator (cools, don"t know if it makes ice). 14 gal. poly fresh water tank with 110 V. pump (needs plumbed). Stove (propane) I"ve never hooked it up. Prior owner installed a.c. thru front wall, so tank rack is covered by a.c. Has an awning, poles, ropes, stakes. Some matching sheets (goes with curtains). Nice f.m. c.d. player with removable head unit mounted on wall panel by front door. Has a battery tender/charger inside front cabinet. Deep cycle for system mounts in cabinet (battery will need replaced). Lots of extra stuff for camping, a couple of small fans, a couple of spinning rods (no reels). Lockable door handle with keys. Hard to find original a.b.s. spare tire cover (needs work, but would be worth the effort. It also locks). This would not be for a purist that wants a restored Apache. Some of the changes are not what I"d have chosen but they were already done when I bought it. All in all a very good start and very usable.
