Vehicle description

This old "59 Chevrolet Apache school bus has been parked at a camp for over 30 years. The owner has finally dragged it down from the mountains of WY to sell. He has the title in hand. Bus was started recently and ran for a short time before realizing that some of the hoses had been chewed up by mice. This is an excellent project for almost any level of mechanic as it is very well intact. 235 cu in Thriftmaster engine 115 hp. 30 gallon gas tank. Dimensions are as follows: 18" Long, 8" High, 7 1/2" Wide. Inside measures 6" high (approximately). There are 6 broken or cracked windows. Photos show each one. All are flat glass and can be replaced by any glass store that sells laminate or tempered (a requirement for motor vehicles). A local quote came up around $400 to replace the glass (installation not included). Curved glass is intact and shows no damage. The passenger seats were removed and body shows some age- but overall, not bad for a 60 year old bus! Great for a camper project, Hot rod, coffee shop, tiny home or small business vehicle. You name it! The options are endless! Tires are old but hold air. Owner will NOT arrange shipment. This is entirely up to the buyer and the courier. Please feel free to message me with any questions regarding condition or location. Winter is coming to WY, haul off before the snow.
