HI everyone, we are selling our motorhome that we have owned for around 10 years. We have been to Oregon, Washington, Key West, and every where in between with this RV and loved it. We recently purchased a vacation home and now need to sell it. The RV has been stored in a covered shed with power when not in use. RV was Fleetwood"s top of the line in 2004 with optional 500hp cummings engine on a spartan chassis. Has been well maintained inside and out, just got it out of the shop for routine maintenance that was due. TVs were upgraded to flat screens and cabinets hand made to fit, has an upgraded color backup camara, upgraded large screen drivers stereo, new satellite, window treatments redone, new house batteries, all weather stripping around slideouts have been conditioned and inspected for dry rot, no leaks, mattress in master is new and sleeps great also mattress on sleeper in LR also new. The coach has 3 rooftop AC and the first one stopped working so we took the thermostat off the wall to have it looked at and have since lost it. There is no replacement thermostat so all three units and wiring will have to be replaced. W can have work done here before pick up or you can have it done. We have received several quotes that range from 6000 to 8000.00 to have this done and will reflect that in our asking price. The Power cord reel has also decided to stop working and we will have this repaired prior to pickup. She has never given us any problems from the drivetrain and sounds great. We feel like we have her priced well below book and the price will reflect the repairs that need to be completed. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
