Vehicle description

PRICE: $159,500.00 The motor coach I have listed for sale is a 2007 Fleetwood American Eagle built in Decatur, IN. The chassis is a Spartan 400 HP-FMDL built in Charlotte, MI. The coach is beautiful inside and out featuring a one and half bath floor plan with a 28 foot full wall slide. A review of the original factory build sheet will show this coach has virtually every possible option available for the time period. I live in Elkhart, IN; the home of the recreational vehicle industry and have been a manufacturer"s sales representative to the industry for over 30 years. I know the products well and when purchasing my own coach, I knew I wanted an American Eagle. Knowing the products as I do, I especially enjoy the cherry wood cabinets and the 1-3/4" solid core 6 panel multi-pass and pocket doors. I purchased the coach from the original owner from Wausau, WI. I took possession of the coach in February, 2013 and used it only for 10 week periods to escape the Indiana winter weather. We have also used the coach during the summer to attend out of state antique car shows. During the life of the coach, it has always been stored in a climate controlled building. The coach has never been in an accident; no water damage; no pets and no smoking. I have always kept the interior and exterior in as good and clean condition as possible. I have good maintenance records and have all the original specification books and manuals that came with it. In the sale will be the tow gear and many every day items I have acquired during my travels. With my full time residence being located on a waterway, I am heavily into boating activities which limited the summertime use of the coach. I have truly enjoyed this coach and everything about it and the decision to sell it has not been as easy one to make. I would be happy to answer any questions about the coach or the chassis.
