1986 M1038 setup as a two door soft top. It has new factory doors, new factory top, new factory curtain, new Rihno-Tek rear cover, custom half doors, low cargo bows, new batteries, new winch with remote, 16", 24v flex-a-lite fan, rear under bed led light bar, led license plate light, great tires, half inch rubber matted cargo area, 6.2 liter diesel with good oil pressure, no leaks and no blow-by, three speed automatic, 242- 2-speed transfer case, good brakes, up-graded parking brakes and correct radio rack.
There are no leaks underneath and the truck does about 16 mpg with the 6.2. It does not loose any engine oil between oil changes. The engine oil has been changed 3 times while I"ve had it, the transmission and transfer case flushed and refilled. I flushed and refilled the cooling system. It runs around 195 degrees, much cooler than the original factory setup.
This truck has a clear Arizona title and registration. I"ve kept it insured with Progressive Insurance.
