Vehicle description
Super sweet one-of-a-kind bus conversion that has been gutted on inside! This baby is every tiny home dwellers dream. A blank canvas on the inside for you to create your home the way you want it. All the hard nasty work has been done. The bus looks beautiful on outside and in great shape. It runs like a champ!
Engine is a Detroit Diesel 8V71. Transmission is an Allison V-730-D automatic. This bus is 35 FT long (which is the maximum length in most National parks). It was professionally converted in the mid 90"s. With years of mechanical records.
Oil was tested recently by lab and showed no irregularities.
The height is 81" from the plywood to the crossbar. The roof is curved so at the sides it"s a little lower. Also towards the rear wheel well the floor slopes up in order to accommodate the drivetrain. At this rear area it is 78".
The bus comes with a lot of extras: A set of professional drafting plans of the layout we designed. It also has the plumbing lines in and ready to go (including plumbing for washer/dryer). Extra original windshields Extra tire Original manuals RV stove RV fridge Brand New electric panel Fresh water tank ready for install Two A/C units. Propane, grey water & black water tanks already installed. Propane generator with low hours installed as well. Spray foam insulation throughout wall and ceiling.
