Ready to go with many new items and custom upgrades. Let me preface my listing. As a hobby for over 20 years I acquire small campers and go thru them from top to bottom. Wife thinks I"m nuts at times! EVERY system has been changed, repaired, upgraded or whatever is needed to get them back to same or better than factory new. I like to add upgrades and custom mods, but I do not personalize them. .that"s the new owners job. The 3rd picture is actually everything that has been done to this camper. Now let me tell you how I got this. A girl I have known for over 45 years bought this and when she found out what was needed, decided to sell it. This camper came originally with a Dometic Cool Cat heat pump located under the rear seating area on the right side. The heat pump was broken and removed. A replacement unit is about $1200.00. Also the heat from these is marginal in cold weather. I took and put it like most of the others come from the factory by adding a New 6000 BTU window unit in the wall incorporated in a cabinet. I got a 12,000 BTU Suburban propane furnace and installed it in a storage area below the front seating area. The place where the Cheat pump was has been converted to another external access storage area. Picture with door open enclosed. I added a built in new microwave oven. I added a real nice stereo bluetooth hands-free. I added television hookups so your not dragging cords all over the camper that is set up to run a 12 volt TV and Over-the-air programming is wanted. It now has 2 full propane tanks under a new cover. New with 0- miles Radial tires. Wheel bearings are fresh with new Lucas grease. New battery with a new box that now has a remote cut-off switch. Please read the other things that have been done to this camper. Water heater works great for the outside shower and indoor sink. Water pump works great with a new filter. On board fresh water storage tank too. New rear diamond plate added. The faucet has been changed to a mobile home faucet. Camper fabrics have been washed and sanitized. No holes or burns in the cushions. Manuals and receipts included. Best of all camper has no leaks and does not stink! Again please read the list! Camper may be a bit higher than "the book" price is. .if you want a new camper like this, take 20K and buy one. If you want to save a buck on something you have to work on than this camper is not for you I have worked with 20+ campers over the years. I don"t sell junk. Call me if you want to talk.
