Up for auction is a nice 2007 Alfa See Ya! 40ft Diesel Pusher Motorhome with 2 Slides. THIS COACH WAS JUST DRIVEN HERE FROM FLORIDA! It has low Miles only 23k miles. It sits on a Freightliner XC-R chassis with a Mercedes-Benz 330HP 7.2L Diesel engine with an Allison MH3000 6 speed Automatic Transmission . It runs and drives great! This has full body paint, 22.5" wheels with chrome simulators and Goodyear tires from 2015 in excellent condition with great tread and sidewalls. The generator is a Generac Diesel 7500 watt. The main awning is Carefree one touch power awning with tan fabric material in great shape, over the door manual awning and drivers side living room window manual awning. The exterior has the basement style residential A/C and heat system with digital climate control inside. Exterior has large slide out cabinets for storage and thick cabinet doors, 50 amp power service, rear ladder and single power entry step. The interior has tile flooring entry way into the kitchen and bath. The cab has tan leather front swivel seats with power drivers seat and embroidery "alfa" on the back rests. The cab has the power front dual windshield shades, lots of woodgrain trim on dash cabinets and front overhead trim, power heated mirrors, cd stereo, A/C, TV VHS DVD system, swivel map lights, block heater, dual front fans and camera. The living room has tan carpeting and the leather pull out sofa bed, also has a beige microfiber recliner and large windows with large valances and day/night shades. The dinette table is the free standing wood table and chairs with padded cushions. There is a ceiling fan and fantastic fan in the kitchen. The living room also has the cabinet mounted smaller tube style tv as well as the main front tv. The kitchen has the corian countertop with stainless sink, multiple cabinets and drawers, 3 burner stove/oven microwave, Norcold dual door large refrigerator and freezer, glass 4 shelves, mirror closet doors before hallway. The bathroom has a full sliding door and entry to the hallway on the opposite side that both lead to the bedroom. The hallway has mirror closet doors and multiple drawers. The bathroom has the vanity with sink, triple mirror cabinets, butterfly stickers and wallpaper border, porcelain toilet, So Long! Shower with glass door and skylight with shade and sliding solid door to the bedroom. The bedroom has tan carpeting, bed with mattress(no comforter or shams), has the headboard and mirror above with dual mounted lights and dual swivel reading lights, dual night stands, desk area with drawers and windows with valances and day/night shades, corner TV with small dvd player, ceiling fan, hidden picture/cabinet with master controls, ceiling speakers, roof vent. The bathroom has the micro monitor for tanks, gas elec water heater switches for the 10 gal water heater. RV comfort Control PHP digital climate by coleman mach. The interior is clean overall will have normal average wear and use from over the years, a few small stains on the carpet overall looks good for the year. The exterior sides are straight paint is very good but does have some pitting on the exterior which this brand is known for. This one happens to not be too bad compared to some of the others we have seen over the years. Please view all the pictures on our website there are over 90 pictures of this unit showing close ups. The spots are on the lower passengers side very bottom rear edge and drivers side lower bottom, there are a few spots up top passengers side and a few other small areas to point out all of it, those areas are not as bad as the one spot on the passengers side pictured.
