I purchased this unit 2 years ago with the intention of customizing the interior. I have done some of the demo work, leaving the kitchen complete. The floors have been removed and the sub floor remains. This is a great opportunity for a project. Selling at a fraction with no reserve because of the unfinished interior. My budget was 7k to complete. Frankly, I need the money now so priced to sell. It is not perfect but a great value in terms of airstream. Clean title in hand
exterior not perfect but fair condition. 4 new tires with less than 500 miles. Needs one exterior window as pictured on the front. Awning fabrics will need to be replaced
Interior- all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing in good working condition. I have removed several things and the front is bare. I have done a lot of the preliminary work to customize.
