This gal lived most of her life in Arizona, so no water damage. She was owned by one family who never “fixed”or “improved” her – so everything was intact. I’ve carefully restored her to her near-original condition. A few highlights: All interior wood has been refinished to abeautiful gloss. All-originalhardware. · Original speckled interior paint job · Original couch (folds into double bed),professionally re-upholstered with similar fabric · New custom-fitted mattress for the double bed. Drawers underneath the bed and a cuteside-dresser with 3 drawers. Customfitted sheets and all bedding included · Lots of storage! Three closets, several cabinets, and shelf space · Light fixtures are authentic mid-century modern.Most fixtures are original, all light wiring has been upgraded. · Adorable propane lamp works. Propane heater works, although trailer alsocomes with a small electric space heater. Says toasty in the winter. · Ceiling fan and cool working fan vent behind thestove · Original propane stove/oven and electricrefrigerator. Both work great! Refrigerator compressor fan has been replacedto protect the motor · New toilet, original wash basin, and allbathroom fixtures replaced with authentic fixtures made by same company asoriginal. · New plumbing and pipes on the interior; comeswith an external black water tank and all needed hoses · New Bosch hot water heater makes enough hotwater for a full shower (shampoo and conditioner!) · New ship-to-shore electrical fixture · Flooring replaced with marmoleum, as similar tooriginal as possible. · Kitchen sink is original, countertop replacedwith formica similar to original · Custom-made curtains · New mid-century modern wheels. Relatively new tires. · Cool double door with screen. All window hardware works great. · Exterior has a couple of bumps, but no big dentsor bruises. Polished a year ago. Trailer sold as-is. I love this gal, but it’s time for her to move on toanother family. Looking for a new ownerwho will enjoy her as much as I did!
