It is based on a 1940 Aeronca Model 60 Design.
It is powered by a 65HP Continental Engine with 160 Hours since overhead and a Metal McCauley Propeller.
It flies in the Light-Sport Category and has always been hangered.
It has no electrical sysem so it needs to be hand-propped to start. It will fly easily at 90 MPH and lands nicely at 55 MPH on Oleo Struts
It is currently located at Dart Airport in Mayville, NY (14757) which is roughly 60 miles Southwest of Buffalo, NY and 40 miles Northeast of Erie, PA.
