Vehicle description

This is the Adventure Van that you have been searching for. . you will understand the first time you drive out to the desert, cook up a healthy meal, turn up some vibes, and then climb up onto your new roof deck for an expansive sunset. This is our favorite build so far!It is a BRAND NEW BUILD with ALL NEW PARTS. It has NEVER BEEN USED since the conversion except for testing the systems. Our 5-star mechanic had the engine out, compression tested, gone through, and replaced WITH WARRANTY (about 10 months / 10,000 miles left) as well as FRESH FLUIDS AND FILTERS and NEW TRANSMISSION OIL PAN, GASKET, FILTER, AND OIL. All documents will be included.THE PERFECT VEHICLEThis is a rare One-Owner Ford E350 V10 SuperDuty Extended with 56,000 original miles. Yes, you read that correctly… 56,000 original miles! The van was purchased and spent its entire life in Southern California with a mature driver who used it to take his disabled wife to doctor appointments. Well cared for and all maintenance up to date with NO RUST, NO ACCIDENTS, NO PROBLEMS. Plus, we invested our mechanic in making sure this van runs like new so you can confidently go anywhere and everywhere your heart desires. We added some bells and whistles like a brand New Stereo head unit, a Reverse Camera, and big Aftermarket Tires. The stereo is a popular Android platform and boasts bluetooth, hands-free, navigation, and internet capabilities. We also installed a new Curt Trailer Brake Controller to marry its heavy duty Tow Package. This van is a beast and can tow around 10,000 pounds.Even with all that muscle, you will be amazed how smooth this van drives, shifts, and moves down the road. It feels like a brand new vehicle and is absolutely the best you could ever dream to find.We drove it from San Diego to our high-desert cabin in Nevada for the build and then back to San Diego and we were shocked at just how amazing it ran. To the point that we had to seriously consider keeping this gem.THE LAYOUTWe used our experience to design a functional modern-minimalist themed interior with tons of prefabbed storage with added heavy duty latches and butcher-block counters everywhere. The rear bench-bed can seat 4-6 of your friends and we installed a new swivel base that allows immaculate front passenger seat to turn completely around. In bed mode you can sleep two adults and possibly a child/dog. Remember that you have plenty of floor space for a sleeping pad AND that huge roof deck for sleeping under the stars. The new wood-faux floor pairs beautifully with the stained counter-tops against white cabinets, walls, and a shiplap ceiling. Sleek stainless hardware matches the deep basin sink with paired faucet and an inset two-burner stove.Whether you surround yourself with forest greens, beach blues or desert sands the panoramic windows all the way around this model van provides endless aesthetic. At night, Black-Out Curtains can be pulled closed and Reflectix has already been cut to fit all 12 windows for those times when you find yourself in excess heat/cold.THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEMWe opted for a beefy 200 Watts of Solar Panels from Renogy along with their Adventurer Charge Controller with Bluetooth. They maintain Two (x2) 200 amp hour Deep Cycle Batteries that provide ample supply for your system. Every circuit is properly fused and safely run including 30 amp, 150 amp, and 200 amp inline fuses as well as a fuse box for the 12 volt system. The batteries support Two (x2) Pure Sine Inverters: (1) The first is dedicated to run electric water heater, energy efficient fridge, and stove sparker while (2) The second is for your convenience to charge your laptops, cameras, and anything else you need to keep the adventure going.Hardwired is the Shurflo Water Pump, Warm Ceiling Lights on a dimmer switch, and top-of-the-line 3-speed bidirectional Roof Vent. There are many additional points in the fuse box where you can grow your system how you choose. The system is also prewired and fused to be charged by the van alternator. All you need to do is connect to the batteries to complete the circuit. This would be good if you decide to travel when or where there is limited sun so you can charge the batteries as you travel between adventures.THE WATER SYSTEMA 20-Gallon Fresh Water Tank is conveniently filled through a hose or pour inlet when you open the rear doors. A Shurflo Electric Pump, Filter, and Silencer system then moves the water through durable Pex Plumbing to the kitchen area where it is immediately usable as cold water through the sink faucet. A simple inline-valve opens flow to the Bosch Electric Water Heater which can be used or not used depending on your needs in a given adventure scenario.Another functional innovation, we adapted the sink drain to divert water in two different ways. First, you can drain your water into a grey holding tank beneath the sink which can then be carried out and disposed of. Alternatively, you can drain your sink through the floor of the vehicle to the outside bottom of the van. Connect to a sewer, use your catchment container outside, or simply drain your organic clean water back to the earth.THE PROPANE SYSTEMA very simple venture in this van, a refillable 1 gallon / 4.25 lb Worthington Propane Tank in a special compartment is dedicated to the stove. The area is vented to the outside for safety yet accessible for when you need to refill the tank. The propane system is complete there, but you can also take the tank out to use with an outdoor stove, propane fireplace, or heater if desired.THE DECKMaybe the most unique aspect of this Adventure Van is a custom roof deck that provides about 8ft by 5ft of usable space even after the solar panels and vent cover are installed. That means you can sleep under the stars, having a meditation, do morning yoga, or have lunch with a view. The deck is supported by six manufactured heavy duty steel racks, treated 2x6 planks, and other lumber to create a stable platform for your activities. The roof beneath the deck has been treated with a durable and non-skid truck bed liner for added protection. This deck has been tested with a heavy snow and big gusts of wind while we finished the project at our cabin in the Nevada Desert, and then the trip back to San Diego through the desert during high wind advisory. Not only is it safe and secure, but it’s low profile cuts down on wind drag while still protecting your solar panels and vent cover.Simply climb the chrome ladder rack at the rear of the van and step onto the roof deck. A side note, the tops of the square tubing that comprise the upright supports have plugs that can be removed to allow space to insert a guard rail or other fixin’s. We envision stringing solar lights through the holes in the side plates to illuminate the deck at night. You could also consider installing a top cargo box in the space towards the front of the deck for extra storage. The possibilities are endless!THE SALEWe understand that people have fallen into hard times and we could all use an adventure. My wife and co-creator, Allison, and I are committed to reconnecting people with nature and we use adventure to provide personal growth opportunities for our clients.Even though RV’s and Camper Vans are in high demand and command a premium in the marketplace, we have chosen to be kind in our pricing. This will most likely be our final build so we can focus all of our attention to help clients get through these hard times. Please message us with any questions and inspirations so you can purchase with confidence.California Buyers: The van passed smog recently. We will provide a current smog certificate to California Buyers. This van is sold ‘as is’ with no warranties other than that which is included for the engine and from the third-party manufacturers of all the new components. That said, we love what we do and will help to provide whatever support we can should you have questions along the way. Especially at first and/or if you are new to #VanLife, we will help you get all set up.With Gratitude,Blaze & Allison
