ONLY ONE AVAILABLE AT THIS PRICE Formula America Group, Inc., is offering two options of ownership of an A1GP powered by Ferrari race car that basically pays you back for ownership with a profit. Formula America has put in place a Lifetime Founding Members Program where members will receive substantial financial benefits from the Series operation and growth, as well as equity in the ownership of one of the Series’ FA1 GP race cars. A limited number of only ten memberships are being offered for a limited time only. At the season-end Awards Banquet all Founding Members will be recognized for their contribution to the success of the Championship. There will be a blind drawing with the winner chosen by the 2020-21 FA1 GP Champion. The winning Founding Member will be awarded the keys to a pristine Ferrari 458 Spider. There will be a drawing at every season-end Awards Banquet for a Founding Members Ferrari Giveaway. Models will vary and any Member who has won in the past will be excluded from the drawing, so the opportunity to win will increase each season. Lifetime Founding Member status will remain effective with no expiration date, unless a Member cancels. There are no recurring membership dues. One-time Member fee: $249,000 with benefits put in place to reclaim your initial investment and more within three years, plus having equity in the ownership of one of the FA1 GP race cars with a current value of over $300,000, which will only increase with time. There are substantial ongoing financial benefits for members: · OPTION 1: Five percent of the earned net profits from each season will be paid to each Founding Member semi-annually every year in May and November beginning in 2021. Annual disbursement amounts projected at $100,000+/- per Member each year with a Guaranteed Membership buy back at 24 months from starting date of membership at the original price plus 10% (if member chooses to sell). Ownership of one FA1 GP car after 3 years membership in fully prepared and race-ready condition, in the livery of your choice. Financial Prospectus available on request. · OPTION 2: Ownership of one of the Series FA1 GP cars with a mandatory 3 year lease back at $100,000 / year. Additional payments to member equal to 10% of the amount of prize money won by the car, paid to member on a per race basis and season-end prize money at the Awards Banquet. Car delivered to Member at the end of the third year fully prepared in race-ready condition, in the livery of your choice. Cars insured for $300,000 against on-track damage.
