CLEAN - Everything Works - EASY to Tow! Dry Weight is Only 1955lbs! ! Many small SUV"s can tow this! !
If you"re not familiar with A-Frame Pop Up it has all 4 Hard Sides, no mesh fabric and way better than any mesh pop up camper could ever be. It folds down to an EASY tow and takes roughly 3 min to set up. I can do it with one arm in under 3min, that"s how simple it is.
With the Easy Towing Ability you can see Directly Over the camper, Great for ones who need that extra visibility for traffic, maneuvering, backing up, branches, trees, structures, garages.
I"m the 3rd owner purchased from elderly couple who bought it from an elderly man. This thing is way above average on condition and function. I had it for 3 years and been camping 5 times throughout years, it"s very well maintained, I"ve never even used the water tank, previous owner said they did not either.
One of the pics in listing has the specs of the Model A 122 S. It shows the ACTUAL length and Weight.
All the Windows and the Vent Fan have been recently double sealed and the Two Small Bubble Windows are NEW, replaced a month ago! ! They are Tinted with Crystal Clear Visibility, the factory ones tend to get hazy and hard to see out, the New Tinted ones are AMAZING and Very Clear! !
This unit is Loaded, it has a Fridge, Sink, Indoor Gas Stove, Microwave, Outside Gas Grill, Furnace, Water Heater and 1 easy push button controller for it all! ! . .even has Carbon Monoxide Detection.
Also my Yamaha EF2200is generator can start up the A/C even on Econ mode, A/C works great! !
Fridge also works off of Gas or Electric. When I go camping I bring a extra taller mini fridge and set it up above the stove and its plenty. There is also Double LED Blue Cooling fans that have a manuel switch for easy on and off that are located behing the fridge access panel.
I do all my cooking outside. I put some Styrofoam under the glass to help with any rattling and it works terrific.

Very Clean, no funky smells, well maintained Everything Works! It"s not New but has normal wear and tear, the counter top strip above the radio looks to be reset with adhesive, I"ve never had problems with it, its always been that way since purchased, probably could use a wood marker to color match blend in. Not an issue for me, anyone could redo trim work, pretty simple IMO.
But also in My Opinion, these Non-motor assist lift units are WAY better. No Lift Motors to go out, No Lift Rods to break, No Lift Plates that break away from the outside walls and leave huge screw holes from the bracket exposed and potential leak spots. They are Notorious for breaking off the Side Walls!
