8 x 20 Enclosed trailer, 77" Inside height. 2-5/16" ball. I bought this about 7 years ago to use as storage trailer. I have never pulled it on the road. I only pulled it around my parking area a few times to reposition. I kept it parked up on boards on a limestone base. The brakes and wiring will need to be looked at and checked. The tires all hold air and appear solid. I would think it would pull unloaded but would need some consideration before pulling loaded. The roof vent is damaged, will need replaced. .I have a large metal pan covering it. Some damage front right lower vee nose area. There is an extension on the ramp that needs reattached. .it was like that when I bought it and never needed it.
