Good -Frame is still strong-Tires are good shape-Spare tire-Installed door knob-Installed AC input / output outlet. You can connect your generator and AC input to supply the power to inside of trailer-Installed isolation (top)-Inside height is 6" -Title in hand
Bad -I installed AC but it was broken. You can buy the same size AC at The Home Depot or Low"s very cheap (around $150)-Some lights don"t work. Maybe bad connections. -Rusty, but you can repaint.
