Sadly due to the times we need to sell our Teardrop camper trailer. It was custom built by the previous owner. Roughly 10-15 years old. It’s in great shape, has probably seen about 2500-5000 miles. Has a roof rack, axle, tires all appear to be in great shape. It can sleep a family of four (two small kids). Full size mattress and the bottom of the camper has thick foam so it has some insulation. It has one outlet to connect to a battery or shore power. The hatch opens and has a small table that folds out and comes with everything pictured. It also has a table for the side of the front and an awning. Titling And/or registering should be fairly easy. Very light trailer. Mattress is a memory foam and has had a protective waterproof cover on it since it’s inception. The camper trailer has a couple of soft spots, one in the corner where the hatch hinges are and a few small ones elsewhere. It could use a fresh exterior waterproofing coat and presents an opportunity to be improved. Has standard scratches and imperfection but overall in great shape, other than the maintenance needed that I’ve mentioned. Sold as is.
