Sony Stereo and surround sound in living room, can switch to outside speakers. 2 separate AC units. One for the carpeted toy haul area, one for the main living space. Walk around queen size bed in the Master Bedroom. Toy haul area has a rear 8 ft door and 12 ft Cargo Space. Rear sleeps up to 4 on two queen size beds. Bottom bed also doubles as a dinette with seating for up to 8. Plenty of storage. Full pass through on each side when slide outs are open. Dry weight is 13750 lbs. Fresh water tank 112 gallons, Waste 86 gallons, Grey water tank 43 gallons. Two large propane tanks. Outside shower with hot and cold water in addition to an outside fuel station. Cummings Onon 5500 Generator. Electric Jacks in front and rear. Newer tires. We are the original owners , the rig has been in Southern California for the past 6 years, now at in laws in Bullhead City.
