This fifth wheel camper is in excellent to good shape it is well maintained and clean the refrigerator the stove and the microwave have never been used the company that made it is in Canada The bathroom where the shower is a beautiful standup shower lots of head room when traveling and you need to pull over and take a break and have lunch and go to the restroom you do not need to Use the slide out you will be able to do what you need to do with out using the slide out All four brake assemblies with the back plates were replaced all brand new tires have very low mileage and nowhere The AC also works very good I do not have a fifth wheel hitch in my pick up I have a ball and I used a Andersen Hitches I am also looking to sale with camper for $600.00 more if you are interested it is the lightest, smoothest, quietest and strongest 5th wheel hitch in the world that go over the ball easy to install
The big roll out awning will need to be changed up to the buyer if he wants to. the small roll out awning over the slide out is new
