5th wheel camper. 2005 Keystone cougar in good shape. air, furnace, electric jacks in front, electric slide. 27ft, has 3 brand new tires other 2 are almost new. Electric brakes, electric slide and electric front jacks. Awing is good no tears. Only issues the front left side wall had leaked and stained the wall I sealed the whole area has not leaked since. and there is a soft spot in the floor by the fridge. Was like that when I bought it never did anything about it, just letting you know. The roof was re rubberized before we had bought it 5 years ago. Roof does not leak. If you want a nice cheap camper here you go Thanks
