2006 KZ spree in good condition. Everything mechanical works great! Awning does have a small tear and a new awning (material) comes with the RV. I just haven"t had time to install it. This is a great trailer for a small family and we"ve just out grown it. You"ll find some nice upgrades here including two 7 gallon propane tanks (most are 5 gallon) and increased holding tank capacity over ones of this size, which has come in handy on many dry camping trips. If you would like to schedule a time to see this RV it is at my house and I will gladly meet you to go over anything and everything you would like. interior lighting has all been upgraded to LED. I am also happy to answer questions and send specific pictures you might want. I am not looking to make money, just time to upgrade. The trailer is priced more than fair and is a very good value so please don"t email me trying to give me 1500.00 offers. RV does not come with weight distributing hitch or batteries.
