4-STAR 3 HORSE with weekend LIVING QUARTERSThis trailer is in excellent condition for its age (1992). No dents or deep scratches beyond normal wear. All of the doors shut and latch smoothly and everything works on it. (all of the lights work, the brakes work,etc)Trailer has been pulled very little and well maintained. All of the tires have alot of tread on them as well. Has drop down feed doors on the head side and bus windows on the tail side, and a drop down door on the back loading door and bus window on the rear tack room door. Rear tack is permanent, not collapsible. All of the dividers swing smoothly and latch and unlatch effortlessly. Has Hay rack and latter and spare tire holder with spare tire under the nose. Living Quarters feature: several cabinets/closet, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink in vanity, bench seat, roof airconditioner w/ heat strip in it. water tank under bench, along with water pump and hot water tank , power converter etc. * *Everything in the living quarters works great! It has a cowboy style shower which is in the horse area on slant wall. there is a door going from LQ into horse area. There is also a water faucet under the nose next to jack and the propane bottle is also under the nose next to jack. Jack is manual but is smooth and easy to crank, can be jacked up one handed. Adjustable gooseneck hitch. The front of trailer angles down but still leaves plenty of room for queen size matress which goes across in the nose. Insulated and paneled in the LQ.This trailer is in super good shape, needs acid washed and will look like brand new again. I have not got around to doing that yet so it is a lil dull in the pictures but you can see there are no dents or damage to it, it simply needs washed and brightened. pulls excellent and is simply no longer needed or used so offering it for auction. 4Star trailers are known for their quality and durability . Also please note* *Oklahoma is a non trailer title issuing state.* * Oklahoma does not title nor tag trailers therefore if you live in a state that requires tags/ registration etc. You will need to check with your local DMV to inquire on what is required in order to obtain a title / tag when buying an Oklahoma trailer. . all states are different but my experience in the past is all the states ive sold to such as texas you simply take a bill of sale with the VIN on it (which buyer will be given a notorized bill of sale) to your DMV and they issue title from your state along with tag. some states may require an affidavit stating the trailer was purchased in a non title issuing state and if so I will be happy to provide such notorized affidavit.
