4 horse trailer with living quarters. 8 ft shortwall. We"ve had this trailer for 9 years and it"s been wonderful. Only reason for selling is that we are downsizing. Slants are removable and can also make a center cut gate instead of slants. Rear collapsible tack. Ramp. Awning. Drop down windows (no bars) on head side, slats with plexiglass on tail side. 7 ft tall, 6.5 wide. GVWR-12120, GAWR-7000. A/C, Propane furnace, Propane 5 gal water heater, everything else is electric. 30 gal fresh water tank. No grey or black tanks. No toilet (we used camping toilet). Cowboy shower looks like a closet when door is closed. Sink, refrigerator, microwave, dinette folds down for another bed. Pop up vent above gooseneck bed area, and in shower. Tons of storage and counter space. Old UHF antenna on roof does not work. Lights in horse area doe not work. Otherwise this trailer is ready to roll.
