Vehicle description
This trailer is a handyman special, originally it was almost $50,000 I purchased it with intent to fix it up and use it but that never happened and it has just sat and I now am going to take a loss on it most certainly. I invested $3,000 with Cintas to install a brand new fire suppression system, not needed in all areas but still nice to have. The former owner left it in rough shape I will list everything I know is wrong with it as follows. Gray water tank is missing, I didn"t realize until someone else pointed it out to me it used to clip underneath the trailer. The jacks are bent (need to be straightened or replaced it looks like he pulled forward with them down) There was a fire in the outside air area from his bbq pit smoker and smoke made its way into the indoor area, hence the drop ceiling was mostyl removed before i bought it. The fire damaged, the plywood underneath the diamond plate on the deck back area, I removed some I thought I could get away with not pulling the last piece, but I was wrong it needs to be pulled out and fixed and the board I put in needs to be shifted so it is resting on a beam(my mistake, I am not the handiest guy). I also bought a restaurant within two weeks of buying this (waterfront once in a lifetime opportunity) and just have no time for this. I kept saying if I could just fix the drop ceiling it would look so much better and I"d get more for it. But the truth is I have no time for that, and theirs a good weeks worth of work here for a couple guys to get this thing back into tip top shape. Lastly I have never turned on the power. I can"t attest to the function of the motor for the exhaust fan. It probably works. but if you"d rather assume it doesn"t that"s fine too. There are other little things and I can"t list every last little one just know it needs some elbow grease and its not brand new. I think I listed the big ones. Lastly, your F150 or 1500 is not going to pull this it needs 2500 or bigger, it could use some equipment on its back to balance the load as its tongue heavy without a smoker or equipment back there.
Couple little things just to mention, I had the propane lines ran out to the back area to provide gas back there. A propane generator was my intention also as they are efficient so you"d have easy propane hookup access if you had any propane grills to run back there as well. Working space inside is 8ft wide I think I forgot on my crude drawing. It does have a hot water heater and water pump, again I never tested them. I also have about 5 vapor proof LED lights I was going to install on it to replace the ones that were damaged in the fire that will also be thrown in. Any questions just email. $1000 immediate deposit via pay-pal, after that I expect a cashier check it looks like or wire transfer. We can figure that out. BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not bid if you don"t have the funds. Its such a pain to deal with people who can"t afford stuff, who bid but don"t actually have the money Its so inconvenient filing a claim against them and my stuff has to sit in limbo until i get it resolved and this is just to big a ticket item to deal with that.
I am happy to show it to people but I am not doing it for folks who can"t show me some money, I"ve shown it too many times to people who don"t have funding and are just dreaming. I I will expect to see some proof of your eligibility to buy it (to get me to take time off work to come show it to you and you hopefully not waste my time) Everyone that has seen it wants it, but cant afford it. I don"t have time to be strung along or hear about how this needs to happen so that this can happen so I can buy this. . No just cash in hand.
