This is for a 35 foot pontoon boat but could be used for Tiny house or other. Needs to have lower support beam replaced and new metal welded in. 3 axles and hubs are in good shape. top beam in good shape (actual trailer) If converting to tiny house or other use it would need more supports (about 6) to run across all the way down the length for better support. Located in Cape Coral Florida, South of Tampa. Willing to deliver to some locations with a $400 non refundable deposit (for gas and travel). when I deliver trailer I will have actual gas receipt and you only pay for what I spent on gas, the rest will go towards the remaining balance. Or free pick up. This trailer needs some work but could be in great shape with little effort if you know how to do the work. or spend about $300 at a welding shop.
