Vehicle description

2009 Clear Tittle Coachman Miranda Wrecked 32’ F550 Class A Motorhome. I purchased this motor home 3 Years ago from a dealer in Karolina. I flew out and drove it 1800 miles back to AZ with No issues. Since then we have been to Colorado, through the Rocky Mountain National Park, into the Utah Arches, out to lake Powell, and we camped for a week on the beach in CA. The motorhome drives, shifts, brakes and operates properly like a low mileage 24k motorhome should. The motor runs great, transmission shifts smooth, and it drives / brakes perfectly straight. There are no dash warning lights on. I purchased ALL new tires when I bought it with 18k miles and had the gen and engine fully serviced. The dealer I bought from purchased at auction missing the back side and rear panels. I can only imagine the previous owner pulled out of a camp site with the bedroom slide extended and ripped it out. The motor home has only 24k miles on it and while it has a clean title it obviously needs some work! I was going to turn the back end into a toy hauler for our gear/bikes/motorcycle. The frame and gate are built. I have 1/4” SS sheets for the back gate and floor in the bck bedroom. I put the plywood on the sides so we could use it after The fabricator I hired unfortunately took a bunch of money and never finished the back end. After he took the money and months of promising to finish it and never working on it, that took the wind out of my sails to finish. I have long moved on and my loss will make for a nice motorhome for someone with the ability to fix it. Gen runs great. AC’s both work great and blow very cold. Fridge, microwave, shower, stove, slide, and range all work. Toilet needs to be connected after flooring finishes. Water works when hooked up. I noticed when I drove with full tanks water leaked out. I removed the old carpet and the new floor is probably about 1/3 of the way done with Life Proof 100% weatherproof vynal flooring carried at Home Depot. This motorhome will need a good cleaning, back panels repaired, and definitely some misc TLC.
