1972 Airstream in excellent condition waiting to become your dream home or shop on wheels. Please read entire list at bottom for what’s included. Was going to restore it for family travel then sell our house after the kids were grown and make it our primary home. Change of plans means this is your perfect opportunity. Completely gutted including holding tanks down to the studs. Was designing it for off grid use as well as campground. NO major dents. All original windows are in working order and entire trailer has been recaulked from the windows down (was planning to finish the rest with installation of roof units). Subfloor is strong throughout. Currently no a/c or vents installed (everything removed with the demo). Original axles. Towed beautifully with a trailer control sway kit behind our Nissan Armada for 6 hours from Michigan to Cincinnati, OH doing the speed limit. Then towed again for out of state purchase inspection to get title transfer. Original finished trailer weight 4900lbs with a 520lbs tongue weight. 2 5/16 ball. The entire length of the trailer is 31 ft and 7ft 8in wide. Interior roughly 27 ft long. Ceiling high enough for 6’4” man to walk comfortably. With the roof units installed approximately 10ft clearance.
