CALL WITH ALL QUESTIONS This 2013 Cherokee is 39 feet long and has 3 bedrooms! 4 slide outs , Two are bunk rooms with 2 bathrooms one in between the bunk rooms. I searched for years to find a 3 bedroom Camper this size to fit my kids. But sadly I have to sell. I retrofitted this with plenty of solar to live comfortably off the power grid. Can be towed anywhere with a 1 ton or 3/4 easily. Comes with sway bars , weight distribution hitch. Tires are new and have plenty of life. The solar panels (3000 watts )installed are high end sunpower and the inverter and charge controller is high end also ( outback inverter) Full display on power usage with battery and grid bypass. Its the Cadillac of the solar world. The interior of the camper has 8 foot ceilings with linoleum wood floors through out. Very spacious inside once opened up. My family of 6 lived in this for a year comfortably. Has electric fireplace that will keep the place warm on cold nights if propane is not available However The furnace works great. In the hot summer the AC unit on top works great. Equipped with full size fridge, microwave, oven . To top it off has an all in one washer and dryer ! Everthing in this will run off solar. If a cloudy day hits you the generator can be plugged in and the Inverter knows what to do. Comes with 5000 watt generator. Like i said we lived in this camper for a year and it does have some wear and tear, But overall camper is very nice. The master bedroom is nice with flatscreen on the wall. Being a park model its big but it pulls very nice. There are some dents on the exterior and the awning took a wind hit and broke the hydraulics which can be replaced. But the whole thing may need to be replaced. Some of the blinds are broken from over usage. Kitchen table need some work and there are some stains on carpet. But if your ready to escape zombie Apocalypse now is your chance with this off grid escape pod!
