Good solid older toy hauler. . no leaks. . factory built-in generator. . .full size bed up front. . .fold down bench/bed in the middle(matching bench/bed on the other side has been removed). . .twin dining tables mount in the floor(quick up/down). . . sleeping berth over the garage at the back door. . .garage is approximately 7"10" wide with 6"6" deep the FULL width plus another 5" deep between the wheel wells at 6"4" wide. . . the door opening is 8"+- wide and 64" tall. . . another 8" of height can be gained by raising the berth back up out of the opening NOTE: RZR"s are too tall to fit!. . .microwave. . propane stove. . .kitchen sink. . .fridge has been changed out to 110v unit leaving extra space to add shelving or ?. . . .A/C is cold. . . propane heat. . .bathroom w/shower(needs some caulking), sink, & toilet. . .lots of storage cabinets. . .some of the low siding has some dents. . .aluminum diamond tread ramp/door works perfectly. . .awning is tight against the trailer side & is an unknown(from what can be seen, it will need some tlc). . 1 brand new tire & other 3 are good plus so-so spare. . built-in am/fm stereo. . pics were taken while packing/unpacking stuff(sorry). . .
