2011 Coachmen Catalina 29" RLS (By Forest River). WE are the second owners. This unit is road ready. It tows quite well. There are no major flaws. It has several items which should be mentioned to give yo enough info to price it. It has a 14 ft. living room electric bump out. The AC is centrally ducted. The furnaces is 13500 BTU. Both AC and Heat are controlled by thermostat with a 2 speed fan. It has 4 scissor style stabilizers and an electric bumper jack. ( this is a nice item because it helps you set up and level the trailer quietly and quickly) In nice weather you can run the fan only. It has a 19 ft. Manual awning on the front. It has an outside shower in the rear. The refrigerator and water heater run from LP gas or 120 volt electric. There are two entry doors- one at the living area and one off from the bedroom. it has a new battery and spare tire. It has 2- 15 gallon LP tanks. The original owners grew old and quit travelling. We purchased it as a place to live while building our home. It has served us very well. Mark or Mary
