NADA Retail value: $4,450 - $5,360 Last used in 2019 towed for 600 miles with no issues. Microwave, fridge/freezer, AC, water heater ( electric and propane), heater (propane). Toilet, sinks, shower, water pump, radio in working condition. Has outside shower. Has double ( NOT triple) bunk beds. Comes with inflatable queen size bed mattress. Bunk beds don"t have a mattress.
