Vehicle description
Beautiful 2004 25′ Airstream Classic with lots of extras and options! Hard-to-find TWIN bed model, with a great floor-plan. Super comfy front sofa also folds into another bed (see pics), corner “entertainment center” cabinets, 2 folding tables on either side of the sofa, that are great for laptops, dining (add a couple of folding chairs and have seating for 4+), etc. This coach is CLASSY- the interior colors are gorgeous, the Corian Counter-tops and hardwood cabinetry give it a really rich/warm look and feel. This is a NON-Smoker owned trailer, and they had no pets, it is very clean and well kept. Used by snowbirds to travel between their Summer home in OH and their Winter home in AZ, and visit the Grandkids. This is a great size for getting into state parks and areas where larger units can"t go, but you still have everything you need, plenty of room to stretch out, and it has SO much storage it’s amazing. Pantry storage and a mirrored closet on one side of the hall, and the shower, toilet, vanity, & bathroom sink on the other, 2 smaller wardrobes on either side of the bedroom and plenty of overhead/under-bed storage as well.
This is the “Classic” model, so it came with a lot of options standard, but they added some extras as well: Front panoramic windows with Solar wrap-protectors, SS front rock guards, Zip-Dee Awning, Alcoa aluminum wheels, 2 “Fantastic Fans”, Corian counters in kitchen and bath, SS double-basin sink, Microwave, 3-Burner cooktop and oven, Thermostatically controlled AC/Heat, AM/FM/CD, LCD TV/DVD, etc. Also comes with a large folder of all maintenance records (fridge replaced/upgraded in 2011), factory books, manuals, etc. Maxxis load range “E” trailer radial tires in late 2016 with low miles on them, and brakes/bearings were checked/serviced as well. Recent service at the factory in Ohio before their trip out for the season. Please take a look at all of the pictures, they describe it better than I can, this is a beautiful Classic Airstream. Please feel free to contact me any time at (Heather Anderson) if you have questions or would like to set up a time to come see the Airstream. I am located in Tucson, AZ not far off of I-10, easy to find and the weather is BEAUTIFUL this time of year, so come take a look, this Airstream is worth the trip!
The following are factory specs on this model, taken directly from Airstream literature: 6050 UVWR (Empty weight) 7300 lb GVWR (loaded weight), 4 Aluminum “Alcoa” Wheels, 4 Radial Black Wall Tires Load Range D, 12″ electric Drum Brakes, Electric Hitch Jack, Retractable Stabilizer Jacks With Pads, Aluminum Step With Extension, Molded Rear Bumper With Roll-Out Storage, Auto Styled Main Door Lock With Deadbolt, LPG Bottle Cover, Prewire For TV Dish, S.P. Ft. 2-Way Refrigerator With Raised Panel (replaced with newer SS fridge of same size), Tank Monitoring System, Gas/Elec 6-Gallon Water Heater W/DSI, Corian Galley and Lavatory Top, Writing Table With Chair Storage, Laminated Lift-Up Table on the Road Side, 76″ Front Lounge/Sofa With Drawer Storage, Bath Upgrade, Hard Surface Flooring, Fiberglass Shower Stall, 2- 30 pound LP tanks, 61 Gallon Fresh Water Tank, 39 Gallon Black Water Tank, 37 Gallon Grey Water Tank, Safety Chain Hook, 11,700 LB. Rating, Sewer Hose Storage Tube, Exterior Length – 25′ 11″ • Exterior width – 8′ 5 1/2″ • Interior Width – 8′ 1″ • Exterior Height w/AC – 9- 7″ • Interior Height – 6′ 3.5″ • Hitch Ball Height -17 3/4″. I am a licensed/bonded AZ auto dealer. . NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get a license. I am in real estate, but also a classic car and Airstream nut, I also have a ranch, horses, trailers, etc. . let"s just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state"s liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I"m "allowed", long story short- I jumped through all of their hoops and got my license several years ago.
Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction"s end, and the coach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the RV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell, that"s just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for a title, I think I can handle that. Please check my feedback, you"ll see that I don"t sell very many vehicles- but I do have 100% positive feedback on what I have sold over the years. I do NOT go to auctions and buy cars to sell, anything that I have sold or will sell either belonged to me or someone that I know or is a "consignment" type of sale. I have never liked most car dealers and am not all that thrilled to be "one of them".
* * This is a USED RV and is being sold as-is/where-is with no warranty expressed or implied . This Airstream is in great condition, but please be realistic- it is NOT a "brand new" coach - there will be little rock dings, and minor imperfections from normal use and going down the highway. This Airstream is VERY CLEAN, but if a couple of small imperfections on an 16 year old RV bother you, I can recommend several wonderful Airstream dealers who will be happy to sell you a brand new unit for 100k plus and it won"t have a single ding on it. If you can"t make it here to see it in person, please call me and I can walk around it with you. Again, please call me with any questions or to come see it: 520- 404-1975 . I would welcome and recommend that you come see it or have a 3rd party inspection. I will make it available throughout the auction for any and all inspections, just call and we"ll set up a time. Please understand that the description is only my opinion, yours may be different, I have done my best to take many pictures and describe the RV to the best of my ability. Just remember, we all tend to look better in pictures than in person- that"s just the way it is . This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Great State of Arizona as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Arizona between Arizona residents, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Ever After Ranch Motors LLC must be resolved exclusively by a state or federal court located in Pima County, Arizona, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Pima County, Arizona for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. * * I reserve the right to end this listing at any time for any reason as the coach may be listed for sale locally as well. * * Payment methods accepted must be in the form of Certified funds, bank wire-transfer, or cash in person. Due to concerns of fraud, if you"re paying via cashier"s check, it must clear my account before the RV/title leaves my sight. I require a deposit of $500 via Paypal within 24 hours of winning the bid; I also require CONTACT with the buyer within 24 hours of winning the auction, just send me an email or give me a call so that I know who you are, etc. If there is no contact and no deposit, I reserve the right to sell the coach to the next bidder. Email through Ebay or call my cell any time at 520-404-1975 .

The final bid price is your price, you may have to pay taxes in your home state upon registration depending on where you live, but as long as I have a copy of a receipt/Bill of Lading from a licensed shipping company to show the state of AZ that the vehicle was picked up from me directly to be shipped out of state, you pay no tax here. * Non-Arizona (US) Residents Taking Delivery in Arizona: O ut of state buyers that take delivery in Arizona will pay sales tax according to their home state"s tax rate. All customers who take delivery in Arizona will receive a receipt showing taxes paid in Arizona to avoid being double charged by their home state.
