The queen size bed is wonderful, plus fold down love seat, and dinette. It is great for 2 people, or small family. Even comes with T.V. CD player, new Coleman barbecue, outdoor shower, 2 larger propane tanks, 2 heavy duty 6 volt batteries. (Cost more than 12 v. but store about a 1/3 more energy.) Has jack and spare tire, (3 of the tires are new, other 2 half worn.) 12 gal. electric water heater, microwave, 3 burner gas stove and oven. Chalking blocks, literally everything. 60 gal. fresh water tank, 33 gal. black water and grew water tanks. You do not need anything. It is fully loaded.
