Trailer has a great layout with large bedroom in rear with walk-around queen bed, second story above rear bedroom with beds for two, living space in the middle with two sofa beds and two recliners, and large kitchen upfront with dining table for four. It is approximately 42 feet long, with GVWR weight 13,650 lb, Dry weight of 11,361 lb, 46 gl Fresh water tank, 38 gl Grey and 38 gl black tank. Trailer has 4 large slide-outs, electric awning with led lightening, two air conditioners, large residential fridge, two tvs, fireplace, led accents around the interior, washer/dryer prep and much more. The trailer has a Florida Rebuildable Title due to left side damage . Appears to be storm damage. Portion of the wall on the left side was repaired and replaced. Two left front windows were replaced and other cosmetic damages were repaired. There is still minor dents and scratches around the trailer. See pictures of damages. Trailer was towed from Florida to California and is road worthy with all of the appliances and mechanicals in working order.
