2020 Teardrop Trailer Camper (Big Woody Type). Built on 5" wide aluminum Northern Industrial brand trailer (note: most home builts are only 4" wide) Cabin including galley is 8" long. 11"10" hitch to rear. EXTERIOR: 79" wide including wheel fenders, Cabin 58.5", 84" high including vent, INTERIOR: 44" High, 58.5" wide, 72" long.
Classic teardrop. Sidewalls are 3/4" Birch plywood. Aluminum sheet metal exterior 1/8" plywood interior panels with 1.5" insulation in cabin ceiling and floor. 5 coats marine varnish on all exterior wood
GALLEY: Gas strut supports for galley hatch. Two burner propane cooktop, stainless steel sink with manual pump, five gallon fresh water tank and drain to outside. two five gallon propane tanks (one installed, the other carried as spare). Galley electrical includes LED light, 12 volt outlet and 110 volt outlet to connect to shore power. Galley cabinets above and below countertop are as shown in pictures
INTERIOR: High quality custom mattress. (see note at end). Sleeping area is 72" long. (Note: I am 6"1" and the cabin is long enough. Unless you sleep straight flat out, the cabin should be long enough for most people). Inside cabinet doors drop down as a tray for morning coffee. Ceiling vent provides diffused light and opens for air. LED light, two reading lights with USB charge ports, 110 volt outlet for shore power. Net wall baskets on each side wall near pillow. Doors on each side of cabin with operable screened windows and door locks. Grab handles for closing door and sitting up in bed.
EXTERIOR: Dining Table attaches to rail on side, detaches to stow for travel. Solar panels charge 12c volt golf cart battery. Power controller, to convert solar to battery and provide charging information. LED patio lights above both doors. Tongue mounted ice chest, spare tire and folding trailer jack. Tail, brake, turn and running lights. Registered in California.
NOTE: Mattress has clean water stain from leak when water line was installed using barb connectors. Quickly and thoroughly dried but stain remains. Water hoses now clamped.
