Vehicle description
This is a custom made utility trailer converted to a camper. It was my pandemic project that I have spent countless hours on over the last year. Sadly it is not big enough for me and my girl friend so I am going to let it go. . :-(
The electrical system starts with a 100 watt solar system feeding a 100 AH sealed AGM Deep Cycle battery. The battery is sealed but is also contained in a dedicated and outside vented compartment. The battery is less than 1 year old. Other electrical features include a smart TV (12v); recessed/dimmed interior LED lights; 1000w pure sine wave inverter, battery isolator fuse; 2 LED reading lights; dimmable outdoor entry LED light; toilet compartment exhaust fan (vented to outside); several USB and 12v ports; LED trailer lights.
The bedroom area includes a large cubby hole and closet area, a brand new 8" thick memory foam mattress (NEVER been slept on, slightly smaller than a twin size mattress), and a night stand that holds a bucket toilet for emergency use! There is a large amount of storage under the bed ( fits 2 large rollout plastic bins perfectly!); there is a Fantastic fan that moves A LOT OF AIR mounted above the bed.
The kitchen area is accessible from outside by lowering the rear ramp, which makes a nice little deck! The kitchen includes a sink that is fed by a 15 gallon fresh water tank that includes a city water hookup. It is also plumbed for on-demand hot water! The sink drains outside (no grey water tank) either into a bucket or attach a hose to send the sink water away from the trailer. The sink sprayer pulls out of the handle and doubles as a shower head! There is also ample counter space and space for a cooler and storage bin.
The exterior is in great condition and equipped with a kayak rack, alloy wheels, and 2 windows (1 is a large escape window).
Other features not already disclosed- The security chain and all keyed alike Master locks will be included; all exterior walls and the roof are insulated and covered with unfinished pine ship-lap that you can paint/stain whatever color you like or leave unfinished for a natural look! There is an electrical pass-through that allows you to connect to an outside electrical source that feeds into both the bedroom and kitchen area. The man door has a friction hinge and a bug screen!
