For sale is 2020 Forest River Salem Elite Series 36Fl Bath and a Half Fifth wheel trailer. Trailer originally came with 4 slides but one got damaged, it is approximately 43 feet long, with GVWR weight 15,500 lb, Dry weight of 12,624 lb, 48 gl Fresh water tank, 122 gl Grey, 54 gl black tank, 2 air condition units (one is missing), 6 point auto leveling, one awning (missing), full outside kitchen with refrigerator and much more. Trailer has great lay out with living room upfront with two sofa beds (one is broken), Kitchen with solid counters, large refrigerator, sink area is broken, and half bath by the kitchen. In the rear master bedroom with walk around king bed, full bathroom in the back with washer/dryer.
The trailer has California Salvage Certificate Title due to right side damage . A tree fell on the right side of the trailer. All slides work, front one needs to be hot wired to work. Trailer was towed from Vallejo to California and is road worthy with no uneven tire wear. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs.
