The build is solid and we did things, such as, applied loc-tite or adhesive to almost all screws/bolts during the install. Quality components were researched and used to ensure long life. A combination of sound deadening, form and Thinsulate insulation was used. We have taken a few trips with our camper van and we were very comfortable. It drives very well! A extended warranty (150000 miles) was purchased during the initial sales and it will be included with the vehicle. Thanks for your interest On Mar-10-22 at 14:59:23 PST, seller added the following information: The gray water tank is mounted on the driver"s side, in front of the rear wheel. It"s secured with steel pipe straps and bolts. There are 2 separate drain valves to empty the tank. 1 is a larger manual valve, to which a 1.25 in. hose could be attached to be placed in a sewer hook-up. The 2nd valve is a 1/2 in. electrical operated valve. A switch located under the kitchen sink is used to open or close. The battery bank is located in front & next to the Renorgy 3000 watt inverter. I hope this will help
