2019 Sundowner 1686 Toy Hauler with Living Quarters. You are bidding on a 2019 Sundowner Toyhauler with Living Quarters. It is a gooseneck trailer on a 2 5/16 inch ball and is 36’ – 0” long with a 20’ garage/utility area. Living quarters consist of toilet , shower, bed and small kitchen area. It has a 23-inch TV and a Furrion stereo system with several outside speakers. It has a GVW of 15,200 pounds with an empty weight of 8700 pounds. The logistic track tie-down is aircraft style. The trailer has just had two new marine deep cycle batteries installed. The electric service is 50 amp. The utility/garage area has a 4500 lb line pull winch. I have used this unit in my classic car transport business and it has performed extremely well. I am retiring from the transport business and do not need the unit anymore. Hopefully, it will go to a good home. While I used it mainly in my business, it was also used as an RV; it has plenty of room. You will notice from the attached photos that the right side fender is slightly dented. Power operated awning on the right side.
