We are looking to sell our 2018 Ram 3500 limited dually and 2019 Grand Design Momentum 381M together if possible.
2019 Grand Desgn Momentum details:
The momentum comes with all of the standard equipment. It has three air conditioners. At 105 degrees outside my rv was still at 75 degrees. A 5.5 KW generator with approximately 100 hours on it. It has one full bathroom and a half bath in the garage. It has the full size queen bed in the master bedroom. It has the upgraded rockford fosgate speaker system with amp and 12" subwoofer. The ramp door opens up and turns into a deck with rails and stairs. It has a tv and speakers outside. Slideout toppers. Full body paint which is a $11,000 upgrade. I added 4 6 volt batteries and a extreme solar packeage. The solar will run everything in the house except the air conditioners. I added a G2 dish for either dish network or directv. Dual pane windows which has greatly reduced the sound that we hear outside of the rv. The garage door into the living room is pretty sound proof. You could have the kids sleeping in the garage and still be able to watch TV without interupting their sleep. The RV is in great condition. Very minor scratches from camping numerous times. The RV has a queen size bed in master bedroom, a loft sleeping area, and two queen size beds in the garage. The RV has a 5 year extended warranty which I will include in the price.
2018 Ram 3500 Dually:
The truck has approximately 14000 miles on it and has every bell and whistle in it including air bags for the rear suspension. The truck has exhaust brake and trailer brakes built into the truck. The 5th wheel hitch comes with the truck. The towing capacity for the truck is 30,000 pounds at the 5th wheel hitch and 20,000 pounds at the bumper. Leather seats. Upgraded stero system. No scratches or dents on the truck. I also had a 60 gallon auxillary tank installed in the bed of the truck giving me 92 gallons total of disel. The truck has a 10 year/150,000 mile warranty that I will include in the price.
We are selling because we have decided to get a motor home that will be a little more friendly with small children and we won’t have to take so many breaks so the kids can use the bathroom.
