Description: Length is 40 feet and when slide-outs are extended, is 12.7 feet wide. There are three slide-outs. The bedroom slide out allows for a king size bed, while the other two slide-outs expand the entire front living room and kitchen. Main entry is through the sliding glass door, that is covered by a large automatic retractable awning. The slide outs themselves each have retractable awnings to keep rain and dirt out. The camper has 50 amp service, gas furnace, gas/electric water heater, two air conditioners. water pump. Leveling jacks are included, as are two full 30 lb. propane tanks. The tires are new with less than 40 miles, and in excellent condition. There is a large outdoor storage compartment and an outdoor shower. The rooftop is in excellent condition, clean with no evidence of leaks. Tanks are in good condition with easy access pulls. The camper is pre-wired for cable TV with additional set up in the bedroom as well as outdoor cable hookup. There is also a digital antenna on the roof (never used). The living room and bedroom have ceiling fans. The kitchen has a rain sensor automatic vent fan. Glamour Features: Large sunny windows with shades, awning has cool LED lighting and retracts with the push of a button. Beautiful cabinetry with plenty of storage throughout. Solid wood and glass doors, wood molding, plenty of drawers with soft close feature. The kitchen is spacious with an island, double stainless sinks and Corian/similar countertops with quality fixtures. All stainless steel appliances include an HG French Door Refrigerator with ice maker in the bottom freezer and glass shelving. There is matching Microwave and a three burner stove with oven. Lighting fixtures are stylish and plentiful. There is a dining table that seats 4 and extends for more room. The kitchen transitions to the living room open concept style. There is more beautiful cabinetry and storage. Included are a sofa that turns to a full sized bed and twin theater reclining seats that included heat, massage, and blue mood lighting. A storage unit separates the two seats (they are all one solid unit). Disclosure: there is miner damage to the finish on the headrest of the right reclining chair. . but otherwise in excellent condition).The camper has blue mood lighting above the entertainment center, theater seats, and below the kitchen island.
