The trailer is extra insulated and rated for all seasons. Sleeps 4-6 people, and weights 6,763 lbs. It is equipped with electric powered jacks all the way around including a power tongue jack. The trailer has a 50 gallon fresh water tank, 56 gallon grey water tank, and 28 gallon black water tank. The trailer is still under factory warranty (3 years)
