The trailer is in like new condition. Originally bought to live in while house was being built but ended up buying an existing home. We only used it 3 times last year. Has a queen size bed in the front that we put a memory foam mattress topper on to make it that much more comfortable. The kids have 2 full size bunk beds in the back. Our favorite thing about this trailer is the grey color scheme on the floors and furniture. Most others that we looked at were beige, mocha, or espresso and didn"t really mesh with our style. There is duct heating and air conditioning to allow for year round use. Save thousands by not buying new between retail pricing, processing fees, etc. Local pickup preferred but would deliver within reasonable distance for an extra amount.Title in hand.
