2018 Springdale by Keystone Fifth Wheel 300FWBH is in excellent condition and was used 15 days in 2018; 15 days in 2019; and about 20 days in 2020. Our Springdale has been winterized each winter and has no known issues. It has ducted air conditioning and is equipped with the arctic package with the underbelly heated and enclosed. It has a propane furnace. And a propane/electric water heater. 50 AMP service. The fifth wheel is in excellent condition. The fifth wheel included a lot of extras - water lines - sewer hoses - outdoor carpet - fifth wheel jack stand. In the master bed room, there is a slide out closet with 4 closets doors with mirrors. There are two additional cabinets on each side of the bed and storage above the bed and also storage underneath the bed. The master bathroom has a corner shower which a 6"5 man can stand in. There is a sink and toilet in the master bath with storage above and below the sink. There are two sleeping bunks which can fit four people. And there is a bathroom next to the bunks with a toilet and sink and a linen storage cabinet. The kitchen table not only seats four people comfortably, but the bench seats have storage underneath them and the table turns into a bed to sleep two people. The kitchen has a microwave, stove and refrigerator. There is a small refrigerator in one of the outdoor storage area. The living area has two reclining faux leather facing the wall mounted Smart TV with swivel bracket. There are interior and exterior speakers with Bluetooth. LED lit adjustable power awning, central monitoring panel, Furrion back-up camera. Accent lighting under the dining booth. There is a lot of storage in our fifth wheel. There is a pantry with double cabinets and storage cabinets above the two recliners; two above the tv; tow below the tv; storage area under the bunks; cabinets next to the pantry; and a cabinet above the sink and one below it. There is a small storage area above the refrigerator. And the outside of the fifth wheel has three storage areas including one large pass through compartment.
