This is a VERY high quality custom horse trailer being offered with NO RESERVE, built by one of the best "Platinum Manufacturing" with Living Quarters by "Outlaw Conversions". Factory invoice on this trailer was over 70k, I can email you a copy if you"d like. Custom built for a veterinarian in TX as a mobile vet clinic, she suffered a traumatic head injury only months after buying it and could no longer work. This trailer has the best of everything, I"m an Airstream dealer, for me to look at anything else and say the craftsmanship is extraordinary is rare. It would be great if someone could use this as a mobile vet clinic as well, but I realize the odds of that happening are slim. I have taken measurements of the rear "horse area" in case you"d like to make it back into a horse or livestock trailer. We measured a friend"s 3-horse slant, and it could be done IF your stall areas were fairly small (I used to have Percherons, so this would be a 2 horse slant for them) a 2 horse slant would be no problem, a stock-type would be easiest of course (just need rubber for the walls and wheel wells and remove the pretty trim on the rear windows, they do slide and have bars in place), or if you have mini horses, show dogs, etc it would be great because it has AC in the rear area as well and a generator to run it. The entire trailer measures 30" total, 11" wall in living quarters (can"t really call it a "short wall" because it"s square), both walls are 11", rear livestock/clinic area is 114" long by 93" wide, 79" wide between the wheel wells, 90" tall, 88" under the AC controls, the operating/surgery light is removable obviously. All aluminum: floor, sides, roof and frame. 30 gallon fresh water tank, 20 gallon gray tank and 20 gallon black tank. RVIA certified, TRA certified Green.
Outlaw Conversions does AMAZING work and are true craftsman, beautiful Hardwood cabinetry throughout, sliding pocket door to bath/bedroom area. Day/Night shades in living area and rear, full black-out "snap-on" shades for bedroom area. Brand new KING size "Zinus" Green Tea memory foam mattress with rounded corners to fit the GN, never slept on, just ordered 2 weeks ago, along with new western bedding/pillows. I usually don"t include bedding, but you might be able to talk me out of it. Also has a jack-knife sofa/sleeper. Kitchen includes a 2-way fridge, SS sink, water heater, and microwave. LOTS of storage and cabinets, big double-door closet as well. Jenson AM/FM/CD/DVD with Bluetooth, 24" Samsung LCD TV, both with remotes, tank/battery monitoring system. Fresh, black and gray water tanks, with front-mounted hose bib and sewer hose storage. "Dometic" 1-Step Power Awning, Power Roof-Vent in shower. Rear exterior spotlight, LED lighting, "StarTrol Galaxy" LED spring-arm medical light and super bright LED lighting in rear for clinic, as well as electrical outlets. 2 AC units (both with heat strips), living quarters is ducted and thermostatically controlled, rear is manual. "Cummins Onan RV QG 5500" Generator with 321 hours, starts perfectly and is very quiet, has its own battery as well. Front and rear 30 AMP connections, dual "Lifeline" AGM coach batteries. I am a licensed/bonded AZ auto dealer. . NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get a license. I am in real estate, but also a classic car and Airstream nut, I also have a ranch, horses, trailers, etc. . let"s just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state"s liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I"m "allowed", long story short- I jumped through all of their hoops and got my license several years ago.
Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction"s end, and the coach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the RV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell, that"s just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for a title, I think I can handle that. Please check my feedback, you"ll see that I don"t sell very many vehicles- but I do have 100% positive feedback on what I have sold over the years. I do NOT go to auctions and buy cars to sell, anything that I have sold or will sell either belonged to me or someone that I know or is a "consignment" type of sale. I have never liked most car dealers and am not all that thrilled to be "one of them".

This unit is in fantastic condition, but please be realistic- it is NOT a "brand new" coach - there will be minor imperfections from normal use and going down the highway.
