It is approximately 42 feet long, with 6 slide outs, GVWR 16,593 dry weight of 13,593 Lb, 75 gl fresh, 75 gl grey and 35 gl black tanks. This trailer was nicely optioned with, 6 point self leveling system, electric awning with LED lighting, 2 air conditioners, MCD day and night shades, built in inverter and much more. Inside features large step up living area up front with Fireplace, two sofa beds, and two recliners. In middle large kitchen with dining table for four, large island, large full residential refrigerator, all real wood interior. Rear of trailer has a spacious bedroom with walk-around queen bed, and large closet. Large walk through full bathroom has a spacious residential shower and dual sinks. The trailer has Florida Certificate of Destruction title due to left side roof/wall damage. It appears a tree branch fell right above the left kitchen slide. Portion of the plywood on the roof, roof membrane, and fiberglass wall was repaired. Please see insurance pictures before repairs at the end. Slide was not damaged. Trailer was towed from Florida to California and is road worthy. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded title RVs and there is no financing. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works. This trailer was approximately $95,000 when new, have it for a large discount.
