Everything works. All appliances and features work perfectly.
Only Minor Interior Cosmetic Issues:
- Several of the wood blinds panels are broken off - Some of the wood-finish paper on the cabinet doors have started peeling. - Wood finish on bunk room door has peeled off in places - Some of the minor trim pieces have broken or peeled
All of these interior cosmetic details would be very inexpensive to fix or even upgrade.
Exterior is mint condition. No peeling paint.
The only minor problems on the outside are the outside cabinet doors are bowing a bit and the paint on the metal steps has peeled a bit. Easy to fix both things.
Unit is sold as is - does not come with TV in family room or queen mattress in master bedroom. Bunk mattresses included with the unit.
