Ordered and purchased new in 2018. Front bedroom, rearkitchen, only used by middle age husband and wife, no children. Some extraswill come with the trailer that will no longer be needed by the owner. Hasoutside cooking area with small refrigerator and sink as well as an attachedrear bumper gas grill unit the gas grill is new and has never been used, runsoff the RV LP Tanks. Unit has and outside shower, two quick connect LP Gas hookups one for outside kitchen and one at rear for the custom gas grill. Awninggoes approximately 3/4 length of the unit Two entry doors that permit accessto front queen bed area without extending slide out. Wired and capable ofinstalling a solar battery charger and also wired for rear back up camera. Actual number of usages over threeyears would be 13 to 15 times. The RVis in Like New Condition and we are sure that anyone looking at her will agree. Unit has Smart TV in living room/kitchen area and a removable wall televisionin bedroom and can be moved outside for use, there is a television hanger onoutside wall as well as bedroom wall and both areas are wired for thetelevision. Under side is fully insulated but the unit is not considered an allseason unit but could be used from very early spring to very late fall. Tworoof ventilation points, bedroom and bathroom, the bathroom unit is powervented with a wall switch. Entire unit is LED Lights which includes lighting inthe front compartment, lighting under the awning and blue decorative lights onfront of RV. Kitchen and living room area has a sun roof with a shade. Powertongue to raise and lower with LED light. Stabilization jacks are attached to the unit and manually operated. Inside living area there is a free standing table with four chairs, sofa thatconverts to a full size bed if desired. Plenty of internal storage with three closets in bedroomand storage under the queen bed as well as many cupboards of various sizes inthe kitchen area.
