2018 Jayco Eagle M-336 FBOK Excellent Condition - Rebuilt Title
This Jayco Eagle 5th wheel is in fantastic condition. It is beautiful on the inside immaculately clean, while it does have a rebuilt title there is nothing but minor exterior damage which is demonstrated by the exterior pictures. It doesn"t look like this has ever been used more than a few times - everything is in excellent condition with very very little wear. This 5th wheel is absolutely massive it is bigger than my first apartment and way nicer as it is furnished. This unit has three large slide-outs, one and a half baths, washer/ dryer hookups, a loft, two A/C units that pump ice cold air and a heating system, tons of charging/ electrical ports, new sewage piping, and loads of seating there is nothing sacrificed with this unit it uses all of its space extraordinarily well. Boasting ample storage inside and out it will outperform any task that you would need it for. These units are going for nearly $75K and $40- $55K used, we are offering ours a large discount since it is unlikely to get a bank loan with a rebuilt title.
Living Area *The living area has abundant lighting giving it a warm and inviting feel with its neutral color scheme and classy touches. *This RV was either not used often or very well taken care of. It is immaculately clean and comfortable. *There are two newly installed Phillips TVs (with receipt) in this RV as well as a smaller one in the outdoor entertainment center. *Two recliners as well as a couch giving a good seating area. There is very little wear on the suede couches/ recliners. *There is a Bluetooth radio and sound bar that accompany the new living area tv to create a fulfilling entertainment center. *The Furoin heater looks like a wood-burning fireplace without the liability or environmental output.
Kitchen / Dining *The kitchen is well thought out with a good amount of counter space. The countertops are not cheap composite covered with a glossy coating and they will last. *It has a pantry for your canned goods which is not common for a lot of RVs. *There is a huge fridge that you could easily put a week"s worth of food in with no problem, however, it is worth mentioning we have yet to get the fridge to cool it does turn on and it has dual AC power and propane power hookup but we have yet to figure out how to work it -when it"s turned on it beeps and as power is getting to it we feel as it is though it should not take much to get it working properly- it is going to come as it is. *The dining table is about the same size as a regular RV so it will seat 4 people easily but with folding chairs, it can seat two just as comfortably. *There is a half bath attached to the kitchen area and it is large for a trailer bathroom to begin with but as it is a secondary bathroom it is especially impressive.
Bedroom *The master bedroom has a loft area which would be a perfect space for children, or a four-legged family member, even extra storage or a lovely reading nook - endless possibility only limited by your imagination. *It has a massive queen-size bed which is a brand new $600 memory foam mattress- has never been used- right out of the packaging with brand new bedding. *Underneath the TV there is a great amount of dresser space. The master bath is one of the biggest I have seen in an RV by far. It has almost a full-size shower with a shower seat. *The closet is next to the HUGE linen closet that can provide extra storage or if you had the pension to you could have a washer /dryer unit in your RV with no problem. All it would take is just moving a couple of those boards and getting a unit in there. *While the linen closet is large it does not overshadow the closet with its large space and built-in shoe rack/ cubbies.

This unit is perfect for veteran RV owners as well as the novice. It has an electronic control panel loaded with any tutorial you could want for this trailer. No need for YouTube or reading the owner"s manual - simple and convenient to navigate it is a great resource.
All of the leveling systems and everything else on this RV can be controlled electronically so you don"t have to get out and get dirty when you want to set up the awning or leveling jacks. This RV would make a fantastic camping vehicle as the outdoor entertainment area has a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and a TV or you could park it and live in it now. It is live-in ready needs very little to be perfect, with its neutral coloring, any part of you that you bring inside of this will liven it up that much more. These shades of brown can go with just about anything there"s no need to worry about it matching any décor you want to put in it.
